We're so excited about our upcoming Market and thank you for joining in the fun.

​

The whole event is going to take place in front & behind our shops. Vendors with tents will be behind our shops. makers with tables will be in front of the shops as well as the food trucks. Folks will be able to enter the Market through 21750 which is also where the Merry Gnomes Market is located.

Vendors are to supply their own set up.  Pop Ups chairs tables, etc....

​

Set up can begin at 8:00am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

​

Each Participant will need a vendor sign on the dash of their car. You can pick this up upon arrival. This is especially important for the parking lot.

​

SET UP PROCEDURES FOR ARTISTS BEHIND THE SHOPS

1. Please drive into the alley from West to East off of Jordan. Anytime after 8:00AM

Remove your items quickly and park your car right away behind the marked chain link fence. It's 4 telephone poles east of us. If that lot fills up, you can also park down on Jordan. We want to keep the front available for customers. We may be able to park behind Naya Spa as well. I'll know closer to the date.

SET UP FOR ARTISTS IN FRONT OF THE SHOPS-Non canopy vendors

Spaces will be chalked out. Look down for your name and space marked in chalk. You will pull up by the sidewalk, unload. Before setting up you must park your car. (in the lot behind the chiropractor or on Jordan)

​

2. Folks will be entering the Makers Village through 21750 Devonshire or off of Jordan.  The entrance will be marked. Artists in front will be on both sides of the entrance.

​

4. Closing up at 3PM. Please note, it will be a bit hectic, Pack up your goodies and THEN get your car when ready to pack up.

 

5. Practice patience as I know you do and help each other out. Many hands make light work!

6. Restrooms will be open in 21746 & 21758 Devonshire.

​​

7. Any trash brought in must go home with you. We do not have trash service.

 

8. Be sure to keep sharing and inviting folks to the event.
