Space Rental Fee for Networking, group events, singer songwriter night, Theater rehearsal etc...
$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the space. This will be applied to your hourly rate.
$50.00 per hour. 2 HR MIN
$35.00 per hour for Co-Op Members (Members who actively participate in running MCO)

A daily rate is considered from 10am till 5pm. After hours on weekends is $60.00 per hour.

I understand the rate is $50.00 per hour, min is 2 hours. (1/2 hour for set up & 1/2 hour for cleanup-no charge for third hour. If more time is needed, please let us know in advance.

I understand that the deposit is to reserve my date and is not refundable should I cancel the event.

I understand I will be refunded should MCO cancel

I understand the balance must be paid 24 hours prior to the event.
