We are so excited to have you be a part of the MCO community. This checklist is a tool to make sure we have all the info to help make your class successful. It takes teamwork. This form needs to be submitted for new workshops booked at MCO. If you have taught before you will only need to fill out the required fields.

Artists within our community volunteer their time and talents to help with store management tasks.

70/30 for members contributing 12+ hours per month

80/20 for members contributing 18+ hours per month

Class Description-Think of this as a description in a catalog. What would you want to know about the workshop. What will they learn? Make this exciting, a call for folks to want to take your class.

For planning purposes, please note that it takes folks about 3-4 weeks to commit to a workshop. Last minute additions are usually not successful unless you already have a group who follows you. We also pay attention to the rhythm of the calendar, open dates do not automatically mean there is availability.

I understand that there is a 60/40 split of the cost of the workshop of money collected. MCO carries the liabilities of rent, utilities, insurance, cleaning and handling of funds

I understand MCO cannot guarantee to fill a class. Part of the responsibility rests on the teacher.
