Adult & Youth Class Cancellation Policy
Sometimes our classes won’t fill their minimum and we will need to cancel. Most likely it could be the day before, and we will contact you as soon as possible. A full refund will be applied if the studio has to cancel a class.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Class fees are non-refundable. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within the 24 hours before the class, you will forfeit your fee. If you alert us 24 hours or more before your scheduled class, we will gladly give you credit for a future class. This credit must be used within 90 days of the cancellation date to prevent loss of the registration fee.

Every effort is made to begin class on time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in. If you are late, it will be up to the teacher's discretion to catch you up. Being more than 30 minutes late cancels your reservation.

No Show-Many of our classes are offered at minimal cost and we give option to pay in class. Please do not sign up if you think you may not be able to attend. 

Boutique Return Policy

No Refunds.

Merchandise purchased in our boutique can be exchanged within 14 days of payment with a register receipt. A gift certificate will be issued for the value of the exchanged item(s).

ONLY an exchange within the same artist’s work can be made.
