Intro to Ice Dye

Exciting news! Get ready to bring your pre-washed plant-based dyeables and let's have some fun! Each bucket can hold approximately 1-2 t-shirts for our colorful adventure. We'll be experimenting with the vibrant colors we have available. This workshop is your perfect introduction to the amazing technique of ice dyeing. Remember, a mask is a must to keep you safe from inhaling the powder. Your creations will be left to work their magic overnight (24hrs), and we'll arrange the pick-up time during the class. Can't wait to see what you'll create!

Make sure to wash your dye-ables before class. They do not need to be dry.

Some ideas-Old sheets, old pillow cases,  t-shirts, lace, vintage lace.....anything plant based, cotton, hemp, silk. Synthetics will not dye with this process. If you have a cotton shirt with white synthetic stitching, the thread will remain white. This is a great process to make one…
