Ice Dye Geodes

In this workshop you will learn how to tie up your fabrics to create a Geode design. This requires pulling dental floss very tightly many times!

FAQ

What fabrics can I use? Anything that is plant based. Hemp, Cotton, Silk, Linen. No polyester! If you have a cotton shirt sewn with polyester thread, the thread will remain white.

Do fabrics need to be washed? Yes, please wash your fabrics prior to class. Once you get here, we will immediatley soak th fabric in soda ash for 20 minutes

How much can I bring? We recommend working with smaller things such as t-shirts. One bin fits 6 shirts. If you would like to dye larger items please schedule an appointment.
