About The Event
Participants will learn about the meaning, symbolism, and emotional connections of each chakra while using acrylic paints to visually represent their personal energy flow. No prior painting experience is necessary—this is a space for self-expression, self-discovery, and creative healing.
Each session will include:
• A brief discussion of the featured chakra(s) and their associated colors, elements, and meanings
• A guided meditation to connect with the energy center and activate creative intuition
• Painting techniques and prompts to inspire abstract or symbolic representations of the chakra’s energy
• A supportive, judgment-free environment for exploration and expression
